It was a cold but beautiful 9 days.
The emotions are different, but more positive.
The height of Kazbek is 5033 above sea level. The climb starts at 1700. On the way, you can warm up in hot baths, but the greatest pleasure you get on the way back, when your body has accumulated fatigue and at the same time you dream of a hot shower. It can be replaced by Carmadon baths. The most unpleasant part of the route for me is the road from the village of Tmenikau to the Karmadon baths, because there is little climb and it seems that you are somewhere on a walk. Even though a 25kg backpack brings you back to the scene. And then everything is fine: cracks in the glaciers, stone rashes, tours or deer, strong wind, scorching sun, icy water and built at an altitude of 3700 souls, sunsets, dawns, insurance, stones flying through the snow, burned faces and many other charms of hikes.
The most beautiful feeling was every morning and every evening, when the clouds spread out like a heavenly carpet and we could enjoy what was happening, while realizing that somewhere on the plain it was raining.
The menu was made by my friend, so the food was disgusting. For the first couple of days, I could eat porridge, but without soups, there is no life for me.
