Crystal Museum

In the city of Vladimir there is a unique museum of Crystal, located in the building of the Trinity Church, near the Golden Gate. Its exposition presents about 1000 samples of crystal and about 100 finest works of porcelain. All of them are done flawlessly, the best masters, from some it is simply impossible to take your eyes off.

As soon as you enter the temple, you will be in the realm of glass. On the central showcase there are author’s works of the best modern masters of crystal production. They are built in the form of a beautiful multi-tiered pyramid and amaze all tourists with its variety of plastics and forms, as well as multicolor. The exposition is conditionally divided into pre-revolutionary and modern collections of art glass, which allows you to recreate an accurate chronological picture of the development of glass production in these places.

In this museum, the works of contemporary artists skillfully echo rather old works, contrasting with their colors, forms and methods of processing. Each author who works with simple glass or colored crystal, resorting to special diamond cutting, creates his own individual works. The entrance to the museum is symbolic, it is only 50 rubles.
