The peninsula occupies a huge part of the Primorsky Territory. Here, first of all, one of the districts of the capital of Primorsky Krai - Vladivostok is located.
The highest mountain of the peninsula is Mount Pospelova. Its height reaches more than 160 meters. It's very picturesque. Saperny was chosen in 2012 as the venue for the APP summit. Specially for this event was built cable-stayed Russian bridge.
On the peninsula, life is in full swing. There are business centers, a federal university, residential areas filled with apartment buildings, the Primorsky Oceanarium and much more.
The government even raised the issue of making the Sapperny Peninsula a kind of semblance of Las Vegas. All casinos and many other establishments designed for gamblers are gathered here in one place. But no one has yet agreed on this. Perhaps the idea will be implemented in the near future.
