Tsaritsyn, a large merchant center of the Russian Empire of the early XX century, was called "red" - for the beauty and carmine color of the brick from which houses were built. It was a city of industrialists and patrons, dynamically developing and attractive for investment. In the process of building used a solution on the egg yolk: masonry, fastened by such a solution, held firmly and had to stand for many decades.
