Volgograd is one of the most famous and significant cities bearing the title of City - Hero. In the summer of 1942, the German fascist troops launched a massive offensive on the southern front, on July 17, 1942, one of the greatest and largest battles in the history of World War II began - the Battle of Stalingrad. Despite the desire of the fascists to seize the city as soon as possible, it lasted 200 long, bloody days and nights, ending in complete victory, thanks to the dedication and incredible efforts of the heroes-defenders of Stalingrad.
In the center of Volgograd there is a height, which is the main height of Russia. On military maps of 42, it was marked as a point of 102.0, now it is called Mamaev Kurgan and is a symbol of the Great Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
I suggest you climb to this height by 200 steps (by the number of days of the Battle of Stalingrad) and learn about the great feat that took place here 70 years ago.
We will walk along the alley of pyramidal poplars, where poplars, like soldiers guard the peace of the fallen heroes, see a sculpture of a warrior who like a block rose to protect the Fatherland, walk along the walls-ruins, they will tell about the battles in the city and the feat of its inhabitants, visit the Pantheon of Glory, the Eternal Flame and the Guard of Honor, which carries watch every day at any time of the year. We will rise to the foot of the monument “Motherland – Mother Calls” and feel the power and power of the words “Motherland, Fatherland, Freedom”.
A visit to the historical memorial complex “To the Heroes of the Battle of Stalingrad on Mamayev Kurgan” leaves indelible impressions in the heart of each person, and the sculpture “Motherland Calls” is recognized as one of the seven wonders of Russia.

Были в Волгограде с детьми 5, 6 классов. 14 апреля нашим экскурсоводом по Мамаеву кургану и г. Волгограду была Еременко Вера Анатольевна. О таких людях говорят: "Человек на своём месте". Много узнали нового и интересного. Приятны ее голос и манера общения. Умеет заинтересовать слушателя. Огромное спасибо Вам, Вера Анатольевна!

Передаем горячий привет из Ростовской области (г.Пролетарск). Огромное спасибо гиду в Волгограде Еременко Вере Анатольевне за четко продуманный тур, начиная со встречи на вокзале и проводами на поезд домой, за хорошо организованное питание детей, за теплоту, заботу и внимание, проявленное к нам. Были в Волгограде 3 декабря 2017года тур одного дня. Группа из 13 человек (дети 7 - 9 класса). Очень насыщенная и в тоже время легкая для восприятия многочасовая экскурсия по городу-герою Волгограду прошла на ура!!!. Спасибо за Ваш профессионализм, добросовестное отношение к своему делу, терпение и умением владеть детским коллективом. Обязательно ещё не раз будем пользоваться Вашими услугами. Приезжали в Волгоград на несколько дней с детьми из Москвы. Очень хотелось сыну рассказать о ВОВ именно стоя на Мамаевом Кургане. Обратились за экскурсией к Вере Еременко. Мы смотрели экскурсоводов и через тур. агентство и на сайтах. Выбор пал на этот сайт и Вера - сама ответила на наше сообщение. Нам все очень понравилось (единственное, что Вера отдала нас другому экскурсоводу, но это не помешало нашему восприятию). На все вопросы ответили, все факты рассказали - интересно и познавательно. 4 часа пролетели ооочень быстро и насыщено!
