Russia, Volgograd region, Kamyshinsky district, village of Nizhny Dobrinka, Per. School, 10

Description:

One of the main attractions of the Volgograd region is the Shcherbakovsky Natural Park, which is located on the territory of the Kamyshinsky district. It was established in 2003 and is currently under the management of the eponymous state institution. This unique natural monument was founded in order to preserve the natural-territorial complex located on the border with the Saratov region. Its total area is 35,000 hectares.

The uniqueness of the nature of the Shcherbakovskiy Park consists in the combination of various natural objects and complexes - landslide hills, virgin typchakovo-harvest steppes, karst fields, bayrac and mountain forests, as well as valley ecosystems. Conventionally, the complex is divided into four zones: recreational, environmental, agricultural and buffer.

The task of the conservation zone is to preserve unique natural attractions. Ecological trails and tourist routes are laid along the recreational zone - "Urakov Bugor", "Volga Switzerland", "Danilovsky ravine" and "Scherbakovskaya beam". The agricultural sector conducts agricultural activities that do not harm nature.
