Historical and Memorial Complex to the Heroes of the Battle of Stalingrad

The monument-ensemble "Heroes of the Battle of Stalingrad" on Mamayev Kurgan is world famous, it is the most visited monument in the country. Two hundred days and nights lasted the Battle of Stalingrad, of which about 140 days did not stop fighting for the main height of Russia – Mamaev Kurgan. It is no coincidence that it was here that the majestic monument “Motherland Calls!” was erected. Numerous tourists and visitors who annually visit the memorial do not remain indifferent to the sacred memory of the heroic defenders of Stalingrad.
