G.V. Chernoskutov Exhibition Hall

The exhibition hall of the city of Volzhsky was formed on the initiative of the older generation of Volga artists - Nikolai Fedorovich Barokh, Viktor Yakovlevich Litvinov, Sergei Tikhonovich Podchainov and Gennady Vasilyevich Chernoskutov. The first exhibition opened on February 2, 1989. This day is considered the birthday of the exhibition hall. In its exposition were presented the best works of artists of our city. Since 2008, the hall has been named after one of its founders, Gennady Chernoskutov.

Since 2014, the hall is a division of the Volga Museum and Exhibition Complex.
