Theme park

Away from the noisy city streets of Vologda is an island of wildlife with a variety of flora and a large body of water. This park is called Veterans Park, but the voices of children are heard here. You bet! Numerous attractions bring children and their parents here all year round.

Construction of the park began in 1956, trees were planted, flowerbeds were broken, and later attractions were installed. Today, the park has 13 stationary and 8 mobile rides. There is entertainment for every taste and age. The traditional Ferris Wheel with a height of 27 meters will give you a beautiful panorama of the city, and on the swing-boats children can ride with their parents. For very young visitors, colorful trampolines are installed and carousels work. For those who are ready to try their hand as a rider, horse riding is organized. Those who do not dare to ride can ride in the carriage.

On the territory of the Children's Village, the Baba Yaga Compound was built. Yaga is not evil at all, she allows children to take pictures in their hut and feed the animals that are kept on the farmstead.

There is also an artificial ice rink in the park. True, it is quite small, but it allows you to get on skates in the summer.
