Description:
In the Voronezh Reserve there is the only experimental beaver nursery in the world. Thanks to his activities in Soviet times, the number of European beaver in the country and Europe was restored. On the Central estate of the reserve grows oak, whose age experts have determined as 412 years!
We will visit the nursery with beavers (the only one in the Russian Federation), visit the Museum of Nature named after V.M. Peskov with a guide and look at the Beaver Town (beaver farm, two-level aquarium with a family of beavers, interactive “Beaver House” in the form of playbooks), and also walk along the specially equipped forest route “Cherepakhinskaya” Ecological Trail. Here you can admire the nature of the Usman Bor and the Usman River. The air here is clean, fresh, filled with the aroma of herbs and flowers.
