City Park "Eagle" in the city of Voronezh

d. Voronezh, st. Peace

Description:

In Soviet times, exhibitions of drawings of children were held here, as well as a youth theater - novice actors held free performances as diploma works. In the mid-nineties, the theater, like many other park structures, came into disrepair, and soon the park was closed for reconstruction. In 2010, it was reopened, presented to the residents of the city in an updated form: the fountain was restored, as well as the above-mentioned youth theater laid sidewalk slabs, again making the park a pleasant place to relax.

The entrance to the park is decorated with massive white columns. There is also a monument to Orlenka - a young man on horseback, turning his head at an unnatural angle, blowing into a long horn.

At the eastern fence of the park you can visit the monument to the heroes of the Great Patriotic War.
