About the company:

The Theatre Doll Museum is located on the 3rd floor of the Voronezh State Puppet Theatre. The museum was opened on 5 July 2001. It was the result of the realization of the long-term dream of the St. Petersburg director and playwright Alexander Anatolyevich Veselov (1951-1996) about a doll house where the “served” dolls can live. The creators of the museum dedicated its exposition to the memory of A. Veselov. The basis of the museum funds is the collection of his books, dolls, videotapes with performances of the best Russian puppet theaters, posters, booklets transported from St. Petersburg. The exposition presents dolls and scenery from the performances of directors - People's Artist of the Russian Federation V.A. Volkhovsky, M. Rosenman (France), E. Gimelfarba, V. Gusarova, as well as honored artists of the Russian Federation - E.L. Lutsenko and A.N. Echein, which allow theater viewers to trace the vector of development of the art of playing puppets.
