Olenek Historical and Ethnographic Museum of the Peoples of the North

In 1987, a program for the development of the museum, a thematic and exposition plan for the creation of the exposition was developed. Its developers were a researcher of the GME Candidate of Historical Sciences T.Y.Sam, a teacher of YASU N.D.Arkhipov.
In 1993, the museum received the status of a state cultural institution and is financed from the republican budget. The museum is located in a adapted wooden building.
