Yaroslavl is a city of beautiful, ancient churches, ancient monasteries. I will introduce you to the Yaroslavl school of church architecture, the school of icon painting and fresco painting. We will admire the beautiful tiles on the Yaroslavl churches, see the churches of Nikola Nadein, the Nativity of Christ, Elijah the Prophet, the Church of the Epiphany, the Church of Ion the Forerunner, depicted on the 1000R banknote. We will visit the Holy Vvedensky Tolga Monastery with the holy icon of the Tolga Mother of God.
