On the first floor there is a kitchen-dining room with access to the terrace, there is a satellite TV (Tricolor TV), karaoke, a musical microsystem; a bath with a changing room and a shower (Included in the cost of living!), a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen. On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms with double beds and a living room with two sofas. The house is designed for a comfortable stay for a company of 8 people, but two sofas in the living room will allow you to accommodate 12 vacationers. The cost on weekdays is 9500 rubles. for a company of 8 people. On the weekend 10500 rubles for a company of 8 people. Additional payment for additional guests on weekdays 600 rubles, weekend 1000 rubles per person for each guest (maximum 12). If you're booking pt.-vs. 17,000 rubles in two days. The house is not rented out to minors. It is possible to rent in the summer for a month - 75,000 rubles.
