A three-storey new building located on the square in honor of the first voivode of the city A.A. Obolensky-Nogotkov, a stylization of the Doge's Palace in Venice with an interactive musical clock, the action of which can be observed daily, every hour from 9-21.00. In the gallery on the third floor there is always an exhibition of Mari artists and a creative workshop, in which YOU can make a souvenir or amulet.
