About the company:
The museum was opened in May 1995 on the eve of the Great Victory. The expositions tell about the history of the Mari Territory, the Medvedev land. These are archaeological monuments, utensils, tools of labor of the XIII-XIX centuries, the history of the Civil and Great Patriotic Wars.
The corner of nature pleases the diversity of fauna. The religious corner reflects the three main religions professed by the residents of the area: traditional faith-paganism, Orthodoxy and Islam. The modern walk of fame tells of today.
The museum has a large exhibition hall in which all events are held, as well as various exhibitions. Visitors are offered excursions, lectures, educational programs, master classes, lessons on various topics.
