About the company:
The Republican Museum of Fine Arts is the successor of the Republican Exhibition Hall (1981-1989), which was opened on August 17, 1981. Exhibition halls on three floors of the museum allow you to create an active exhibition space using both chamber and monumental exhibits. The museum collection is formed and developed in the following areas: Mari fine arts and decorative and applied arts, Russian painting, graphics and sculpture of the late XIX - early XXI century, Western European painting and graphics (single copies). The funds present the modern direction of Finno-Ugric fine art - ethnofuturism and ethno-symbolism.
In October 2018, the facade of the museum was painted with graffiti based on the sights of Yoshkar-Ola.
