Small Chibisan Lake

Small Chibisan is a wonderful lake on the island of Sakhalin. Located in the most lake place of Sakhalin - in the Korsakov city district. Small Chibisan Lake is connected with Big Chibisan Lake.
The length of this lake is 2.5 kilometers, and the average width is 800 meters. The water in the lake is fresh. The lake is interesting because it serves as a nesting place for rare birds listed in the Red Book during seasonal migrations.
The warmest time to travel to the lake is August. Autumn here is relatively warm, but there are often rains and fogs, as well as typhoons.
