The Museum of the Book of A.P. Chekhov "Sakhalin Island" is a research and cultural and educational institution designed to search, store, introduce into scientific circulation and popularize monuments of history, literature and art, reflecting the importance of Chekhov's trip to Sakhalin and his book "Sakhalin Island" in the world space.
