Zavodukovsky Local History Museum

The Zavodukovsky Museum of Local Lore was founded in 1989. Its opening was preceded by the painstaking work of enthusiastic local historians, who managed to collect bits and summarize the facts of the almost three hundred-year history of the city. Sections of the permanent exposition of the museum are devoted to the history of peasant life and the nature of the region, the fate of the city during the Great Patriotic War, as well as to people whose fates were in one way or another connected with Zavodukovsky - simple workers and outstanding personalities who took their honorable place in the history of Russia.
