Museum and Exhibition Center of Zelenogorsk

The museum and exhibition center as an institution has existed since 1994. It includes the Art Museum and the City History Museum. In 2001, the IMVC received a new building with a total area of more than 4000 square meters, with exposition areas of more than 1300 square meters. Formation of permanent museum expositions will require considerable financial investments and several years of work. Therefore, today the MMVC operates in the mode of temporary exhibitions of collections from its own funds and traveling exhibitions. Very popular among visitors are the educational and mass work carried out by the MMVC: clubs, lectures, subscriptions. Great resonance in the city cause actions that are held with the creative intelligentsia.
