Beau Vallon Beach
Bo Vallon, Mahe Island, Seychelles
Description:
Bo Vallon is one of the most famous and largest beaches on the island of Mahe. It is located on the northwest coast, three kilometers from the city of Victoria, in the huge Bay of Bai Bo Valon. This bay overlooks the neighboring island of Norse Iceland. The beach itself is located between the Hilton Norzholm Hotel, located in the north, and the fishing village of Meridan, located in the south.
The local conditions are ideal for swimming, but you should be careful not to swim up to the fishermen’s boat and get into the net. In the northern part of the beach there are some great places for snorkeling, especially around the large granite cliffs. During low tide, you need to go into the water very carefully, because there are many sea urchins here and even special shoes often do not save from their injections.
The infrastructure of the beach is very well developed, there are many hotels and hotels near it. On the coast there are numerous restaurants and bars where you can relax and have a snack. On the beach you can rent umbrellas, sun loungers, mattresses and diving equipment.
