Берувела

Beruvel Beach

Description:

Beruvela is a golden canvas of sandy beaches bordered by coconut palms, crystal clear water of the color of sapphire, the remains of sunken ships, untouched coral reefs with colorful tropical fish, an excellent diving center, colorful markets, golf, tennis, yachts, boats, scooters and round-the-clock breeze. The latter makes it possible to swim in the bay all year round.

Beruvela harmoniously combines the signs of a fishing village (impeccably clean beaches, tranquility, positivity) and a rapidly developing resort (developed infrastructure, luxury hotels, cafes, restaurants and bars).

The first mention of Beruvel belong to the VIII century and are associated with the settlements here of Arab merchants. In the city is the oldest mosque of Kechimalai. At the end of the month-long fast of Ramadan, thousands of pilgrims come here to visit the grave of Sheikh Asharent.
