Streets and lanes of the Old Town

The Old Town district of Stockholm is a great place for a fascinating and at the same time not very tiring walk. The old part of the city includes about 10 streets, 50 lanes where museums and temples are located, as well as the main asset of the city - the royal palace. It was from this part of the city that the birth of Stockholm began in 1520. Today it is a real open-air museum. It is here that you can enjoy the views, architecture of Europe during the Middle Ages. The cobbled streets are full of various cafes and restaurants, cozy shops, souvenir shops and antique salons. All year round, the Old Town is a truly fabulous place.
