New Herzensee Castle

New Herzensee Castle is located in the village of the same name belonging to the municipality of Bern. It was built in the seventeenth century in the French Baroque style for Samuel Morlot. During its history, the castle has changed several owners. An aristocratic mansion consists of several buildings connected to each other. The tallest building has three floors. There's a park all around.
In 1984, the property was acquired by the Garzensee Training Center, resulting in conference rooms, auditoriums, a hotel and a restaurant. The training center offers all kinds of courses for the banking system.
