About the company:

The Kunsthaus Museum is one of the largest art museums in Switzerland. The exposition of the museum includes collections of works of art in Switzerland, from the Middle Ages to the twentieth century. The museum is famous not only for its permanent exhibition, but also temporary.

In 1910, after the merger of the two museums "Kunsthaus Zurich" and "House of artists Zurich", the museum opened the Kunsthaus Museum. From 1988 to 2000, the building was restored, which has survived to this day. The exposition of the museum amazes with its richness and diversity. Here are the works of such masters as Reisdal, Monet, Degas, Van Gogh, Renoir, Rousseau, Bonnard. A great place in the exhibition is occupied by the works of Henri Fuesli and, of course, Arnold Böcklin. There are a lot of works by the contemporary Swiss artist and sculptor Alberto Giacometti.

In the museum you can use an audio guide in German, English, French and Italian. The museum also has a library with a collection of 244,000 volumes of literature and more than 320 periodic journals on fine arts from the XIX to the XX century.
