La Marmite Restaurant

La Marmite Restaurant is one of the three restaurants of the Kirchb hl hotel, located in the ski resort of Grindenwald in Switzerland. The restaurant, located in the old part of the building, combines home comfort with elegance in its interior - this is facilitated by low ceilings, silk curtains on the windows and flowering orchids on the window sills. The terrace of the restaurant offers a good view of the ancient church against the background of the mountains.

The menu of La Marmite is very diverse. Aside from the usual continental menu, you can order Asian cuisine, try something from the seasonal menu, or choose a dish made with local produce. Try the dried meat tartare with cottage cheese, tomato marmalade and zucchini or roasted sea scallops and shrimp garnished with risotto with champagne and pesto sauce. Order roasted pork medallions with Dijon mustard or calf liver with sour apples and greens. La Marmite will also offer you a wide selection of drinks and desserts.
