The crystal clear waters of mountain streams with high waterfalls, blue lakes and pure rivers create a beautiful natural masterpiece, which is located in the Valley of Falls. Even in the last century, its beauty amazed people famous waterfall Staubakh. Its milky white 300-meter water column fell from the dark green mountains. It was described by Goethe in his famous work “Song of Spirits over the Waters” in 1779.

Here, in the valley, there are many waterfalls, some of them are visible only after heavy rains. Near it are Trummelbach Falls – these are the only glacial waterfalls in the world located inside the mountains. You can reach them with the help of funiculars located in the valley. They rise to underground galleries and bridges located inside the mountains. Here you can see huge roaring waterfalls that are fed by three glaciers: Mönch, Eiger, Jungfrau. The volume of water they carry every second is 20,000 liters. Only here the glaciers are as accessible as possible for tourists, they descend directly into the valley.
