What to see on a walking tour

A walking tour is a real journey into history, since most of it takes place in the old part of the city. You can see:

• Lake Liman and the most famous fountain in Switzerland, originally for technical purposes, but at the request of citizens rebuilt and equipped with the latest technology; A little later you will see another fountain - Escalade, decorated with ancient bas-reliefs;
• Rousseau Island - you can admire it from an old machine bridge. The island is a favorite place for the residents of Geneva, they take care of it as well as their own gardens, so the vegetation here is uniquely beautiful.

• Places Gran Rue and Boer de Four. Here are the old mansions of the nobility.
