Tour of the Swiss Riviera: from Geneva to Vevey and Montreux
I invite you to an unforgettable tour of one of the most picturesque parts of Switzerland - along the Swiss Riviera, along the shores of Lake Lehman. The journey begins in Geneva, from where we will take my car to Vevey and then to Montreux.
Along the way, we will enjoy magnificent views of Lake Lehman, Lavo vineyards, included in the UNESCO World Heritage List, and picturesque Swiss villages, drowning in greenery.
In Vevey, we will walk through the ancient streets, learn about the legendary company Nestlé, whose history began here, and see the monument to Charlie Chaplin – the famous resident of these places.
Next, the path lies in Montreux, the pearl of the Riviera. Here you will find the promenade, drowning in flowers, views of the snow-capped Alps and the unique atmosphere of the resort, where the famous jazz festival took place. At will, we can see (from the outside) the legendary Chillon Castle - a medieval fortress right on the shore of the lake.
This excursion is the perfect way to feel the charm of the Swiss Riviera: the tranquility of the lake, the purity of nature and the atmosphere of history.
