Bratislava-Stare Mesto, Slovakia
Description:
The Church of the Capuchins of St. Stephen is an ancient church in the center of Bratislava, which is located in the area of Zupnaya Square. The church was built in the XVIII century in a rather strict style.
In front of the church is a vast courtyard where you can see a column with a sculpture of the Madonna. From the square opens a view of Bratislava Castle, which in 1811 was defeated by Austrian troops.
Today, near the church, numerous travelers can taste local ice cream in the summer, and in winter they will be offered a glass of mulled wine.
