The monument to the fairy Tinke, located on the embankment - one of the busiest parts of Bratislava, is dedicated to all the untimely departed children. This is a private monument built in the early 21st century by the parents of a little girl. Young Valentine was sick with leukemia, went through all the horrors of treatment, but still could not defeat the disease. In memory of her willpower, youth and cheerfulness, as well as in solidarity with people in similar situations, a monument was erected on the Danube embankment with her favorite fairy-tale heroine - the fairy Tinke.
