Welcome to Slovakia, a country where every stone remembers knights, beautiful ladies and ancient secrets. My name is Galina and I invite you on one of the brightest days of your vacation. We will visit two of the main treasures of the Slovak kingdom - castles that you have seen on postcards, but have never felt so close.

What's waiting for you in 9 hours?

We start from Trenchin and head towards the centuries. You'll see:

Trenčín Castle is a formidable guard over the city, where the Roman legions left their mark, and the Slovak kings ruled their fates. From the height of its walls opens the view from which breathtaking. (Entrance - 5.50 € per person)

Bojnice Castle is the most romantic castle not only in Slovakia, but throughout Europe. Snow-white towers, mysterious grottoes, a collection of medieval weapons and ghosts, which I will tell you in person. Get your camera ready – you won’t believe it’s not a movie set! (Entrance - 8 € per person)

Why me?

I, Galina Golinka, live among these walls with my soul. For me, every castle is a living book. I don't read boring dates from Wikipedia. I'll show you the secret staircases, where the counts hid their mistresses, and where the alchemists looked for the philosopher's stone. You’ll hear stories that get goosebumps and facts you can’t find in guidebooks.

Important: the tour lasts 9 hours. We take our time, we stop for coffee and photos, and if you want, for a traditional Slovak lunch (I know the best places).

Format: group of 1-4 people. You will not wait for the late ones and listen to other people’s questions – only your interests.

Since the Middle Ages, more than 300 historical castles have been documented in Slovakia. 168 of them have survived to this day, and 109 are the national treasure of the country and taken under the protection of the state. During this tour you will get acquainted with Trenchian (5.50 €/person), and Bojnice (8 €/person) castles.
