The narcissist is associated with the well-known ancient Greek myth. Legend has it that Narcissus was the son of the god Nephis. He was a very handsome young man. Seeing once in the water his reflection, he fell in love with him, forever remained at the stream, turning into a flower of daffodils. This is where the term narcissism comes from.

This beautiful flower is also a symbol of the Gorensk region. In Slovenia, in the city of Jesenica, the festival of daffodils is held annually, and the competition is MIS-Narcissus.

The valley of daffodils is the only place in Slovenia where the natural thickets of daffodils meet. An endless field of flowering daffodils, surrounded by a blue haze of mountains, an amazing sight in beauty.

After enjoying the snow-white, floral landscapes, we head to the border of two states (Slovenia and Italy). On the way we stop at the forest clearing.
