Lipitsa is the birthplace of snow-white Lipitsa horses, one of the most famous breeds of horses. The local stable was founded in 1580 by Archduke Charles II, who intended to breed a breed in Lipic for his Austrian residence in Graz. This amazing breed originated from dye, Spanish, Neapolitan and Arab breeds. The peculiarity of the breed bred for 4 centuries is that all foals are born black, but in the process of growing up, the suit changes to white. Today, the Lipitsk horse farm is a large enterprise with a covered arena, a school and numerous riding grounds. Every day, guests can enjoy the morning training of lipitians to music and in the summer enjoy a gala performance of lipitians.
