This monastery is located in one of the most cozy regions of Slovenia. The monastery was built in the distant 1410. Now the monastery is the only one operating on the territory. It is popular due to the manufacture of special honey, as well as wines, but especially popular are Pleter pears, which they grow in bottles. Acceptance of the Cartesian Order requires adherence to the strictest rules. Therefore, monks lead a hermit lifestyle, limiting themselves even in communication with each other.
