Dworshak State Park

Dworshak State Park is located along the western shore of the eponymous reservoir, its territory stretches over 850 hectares. The nature of the park is rich in dense forests, lush meadows, low mountains and picturesque lakes. The area has moderate temperatures throughout the year.

Here you can go fishing, swimming, hiking, take a fascinating boat trip, canoe and kayaks, as well as water skiing. On the territory of Dworshak there are about 12 kilometers of pedestrian trails, including observation decks. At the disposal of tourists - comfortable campsites with electrical connection and modern cuisine. Access of tourists to the protected area is limited. Employees of the park conduct a lot of scientific work to study and preserve the fragile ecosystem of the region.
