Lake Cascade State Park

Lake Cascade State Park is located around the lake of the same name, among the majestic mountains, at an altitude of 1500 meters above sea level. Its area is about 2000 hectares of land.

This large park provides diverse and exciting recreational opportunities throughout all four seasons. Boat riding is popular here, the prevailing winds provide suitable conditions for sailing and windsurfing. In the park you can do hiking, mountaineering, mountain biking, fishing, snowmobiling and cross-country skiing. There are pedestrian paths with observation platforms, including in mountainous areas.

At the service of visitors are numerous comfortable campsites located on the shore of the lake, rooms in which you can book in advance. Visitors’ access to the park is limited. In the visitor center you can get acquainted with the wildlife of this region, admire the birds and beautiful photos.
