Henry Ford Museum

20900 Oakwood Boulevard, Dearborn

About the company:

One of the main attractions of Detroit. The museum complex is located in the suburb of Dearborn and occupies a huge territory. The founder of the museum, Henry Ford, began collecting his collection in 1906, and today the museum houses a large number of interesting exhibits.

Visitors to the Ford Museum will see several dozen models of cars, trucks, agricultural machinery, engines, aircraft, trains, motorcycles, bicycles, commemorative objects.

One of the museum's most significant exhibits is the 61-year Lincoln, in which President John F. Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas. Another interesting exhibit is a huge locomotive built in 1941. Its dimensions are so large that, as they say, no one had time to throw coal into its furnace, so a conveyor supply was used for these purposes.
