Casino Hotel Binion's Gambling Hall
128 Fremont St, Las Vegas, NV, USA
About the company:
Binion's Gambling Hall is located on Fremont Street. The casino opened in 1951 and was named after its owner, Benny Binion. Near it there are many museums, shops and boutiques.
The casino gained fame thanks to the one million dollars put up on the showcase, as well as thanks to the world poker tournaments that took place here. In 1970, the casino hosted the world’s first poker tournament, The World Series of Poker, which is still held today.
After Binion passed away, all his legacy along with the casino passed to his daughter, who brought the institution to bankruptcy. As a result, the casino was sold and opened under a modern name. In 2008, the casino was acquired by TLC Enterprises for $30 million.
The casino has the most modern slot machines and it is possible to become a member of the casino club, thereby receiving many privileges.
