Description:
Santa Monica and the coast.

Private ranches were bought in 1857 at a price of 10 cents per acre, and now Malibu is the most expensive property in Los Angeles. Malibu's 40-kilometer coastline consists of wide beaches, picturesque hills and cliffs. The relative distance from downtown Los Angeles makes the area very popular with the wealthy.

The resort town of Venice was created by a tobacco magnate in the early 20th century in the likeness of Venice in Italy. Now this area is built up with elite housing, there are many good restaurants and boutiques. However, first of all, Venice is known for its embankment part - the most popular recreation area.

The main attraction of the area is a fishing village and a large harbor, where more than 5,000 boats shelter. The main entertainment is various options for boating and fishing. In colorful houses there are shops and restaurants.
