New York City

Walking in New York City

Description:

All my walks are individual and I adjust them to your interests and opportunities, as well as to the weather and seasons. If you are staying in the city center, then, as a rule, I approach the hotel so that you do not get confused at first! If you have kids, that’s great! I will adjust the route according to their interests.

Here's a possible one-day route. The journey begins at the southernmost point of the city, where the city’s longest and most famous street begins. After admiring the bull-symbol of financial prosperity, we will walk through Battery Park, look at the old fort and take a ride on the ferry, which offers stunning views of the city.

Walking around the newly built tower of the All-Dimensional Trade Center, we will visit the oldest church in New York, which became a place of remembrance of those who died during the September 11 tragedy. We will walk through the administrative center of the city and see the buildings that served as a model for Moscow skyscrapers. We will walk down Wall Street with its stock exchange and see Stone Street, which was paved more than three centuries ago. We will admire the sailboat, built in 1911, look at the memorial to the victims of the Titanic and here to the central part of the city by ferry, which passes under the famous bridges of the city - Brooklyn and Manhattan.

We will pass by the UN building to the central station-monument of architecture. We will go to the central library – one of the largest in the world, visit Bryant Park, where in winter you can skate near the Christmas tree and drink hot tea, and in summer lie on the green lawn and watch how children play on the carousel.

If we have enough strength, we will finish our journey in the heart of New York in the famous Times Square, where it is always bright and always a holiday!
