Neskaouin Beach

Neskowin Beach State Park, Tillamook, Or, United States

Description:

Neskoween Beach is located in the northwest of Oregon, in the small town of Neskoween. This beach is also called “stone forest”. The large amount of debris from the cliffs makes this beach unlike other beaches in the United States.

Previously, this place was a dense relict forest and huge rocks. But the mighty Pacific Ocean, which is in close proximity, over time changed this place beyond recognition, leaving only distant echoes of ancient fauna.

Swimming on this beach is possible, although problematic (there are many stones and a difficult entrance to the sea), but sunsets and a huge mountain located next to the beach, make this beach mysterious and very beautiful.

A few meters from the beach are small private hotels and villas. The main advantage of these houses is an extraordinary view of the endless ocean.
