Trip to the cities of St. Petersburg and Tampa

Description:

I invite you on a day trip to the cities of St. Petersburg and Tampa. On your trip you will get acquainted with the history of these settlements and enjoy the picturesque landscapes of Tampa Bay. In St. Petersburg, you will understand why it is so closely connected with Russia, and then, after driving over the bridge, you will easily find yourself in Tampa.

The tour program includes a visit to the Salvador Dali Museum and acquaintance with the originals of his paintings. Lunch is traditionally served in a cafe with the symbolic name "Gala", which is famous for the excellent preparation of Spanish dishes. You can buy souvenirs and gifts to your relatives in the store nearby. Another interesting object of the tour is the old pier, built in 1886. Running toward the Tampa Bay skyline, it ends with a conceptually inverted three-story pyramid. One of the popular entertainments for Tampa guests is visiting the huge aquarium. During your trip to Tampa and St. Petersburg you will learn about Peter Dementiev, a Russian officer-noble who in 1888 conceived to ennoble these places and subsequently successfully implemented it. Walking through the streets of the city, you will learn from our guide the biography of Dementyev and see the buildings built thanks to his efforts. They are still the decoration of the main street of the city.
