San Diego

I love San Diego!

Description:

Beautiful, romantic, inimitable San Diego! At first glance, he wins hearts and leaves an indelible impression of himself. Due to the mild Mediterranean climate and its location, San Diego has earned the title of the best city to live in the United States. It is located in a narrow coastal lowland between the beautiful Cordilleras and the Pacific Ocean. Walking along the beaches of Oach Beach or Point Loma, you can see how wild Amazonian parrots and brown pelicans soar, and California condors soar to the very tops of the coastal mountains. It is the second largest city in California, known for state parks and forests, scenic areas and mountains, and many kilometers of stunning Pacific beaches. The architecture is distinguished by an eclectic mix from Spanish colonial style to neo-Gothic and Moorish buildings.

Excursion program from Los Angeles to San Diego: La Jolla - Mount Soledad - Coronado - Downtown - Balboa Park

The journey begins with the “precious” in the literal sense of the word and the most popular area of San Diego – La Jolla. Translated from Spanish, La Jolla means “pearl”, which is justified due to the location of the area on the Pacific coast and incredibly beautiful landscapes: snow-white beaches with a rookery of seals, huge boulders of bizarre shape and rocks breaking into foaming sea waves. It’s not just expensive homes and beaches, it’s a place with over a century of history, people and events that made the area what it is today. No less fascinating views will open to us from the observation deck on Mount Soledad, from which you can see the city from all sides and take stunning pictures.

We will not deny ourselves the pleasure to ride on the air bridge in the form of a boomerang, connecting the mainland with the Coronado Peninsula, and head straight to the famous hotel Del Coronado, made in the Victorian style. The peninsula will surprise you with white beaches with a wide coastal strip, warm waters and stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and the huge skyscrapers of San Diego.

Would you like a change of scenery? Please! Downtown brings to your attention the cheerful and incendiary Gas Lantern District – the historic district of San Diego. In the early 20th century, it was a cereal place that was famous for its brothels, saloons, bars and dens. Today, this quarter is the main location of various festivals, competitions and other very interesting events. In the area of the Gas Lanterns, life is always boiling, especially at night. It is here that all the young people of the city come for recreation and entertainment. There are many different clubs, bars and cafes.

Our trip can not do without visiting the most important attraction of the city - Balboa Park. This is a cozy place where you can enjoy the most beautiful ancient architecture in the style of Gothic and Borocco, picturesque reservoirs and unique samples of Mediterranean flora.
