Mount Shasta is a dormant volcano, the southernmost in the chain of active volcanoes Cascade Mountains. It is a place of power recognized by the esoteric and indigenous peoples who lived in the vicinity. Indians believed that spirits lived on the mountain and local shamans made ritual ascents for wisdom and power. Many anomalous phenomena occur on and around the mountain, which are well documented. In the towns around live artists, artists, mediums and people practicing spiritual search. It is believed that the energy around the mountain is healing, and our trip will give you a chance to see for yourself.
On Shasta and around it there are 12 sacred places - healing lakes, waterfalls, caves, alpine meadows. Many of them are described in esoteric literature – Panther Meadows, McCloud Falls, Hedge Creek Falls, Medicine Lake, Pluto Caves and others. Some places are not so famous, but no less magical. We will visit them during our day trips. During our stay on Shasta we will stop at one of these sacred places – Stuart Mineral Springs.
It's a small resort in a pine forest. Here the waters from the red spring, the waters of which are considered to be full feminine energy, are mixed with the waters of the white spring, the waters of which are full of male energy, and with the river water. There is a dam on the river where you can swim. The Modoc Indians who lived on this land considered these waters to be healing.
