San Francisco

Carmel and Monterey

Description:

This fabulous one-day trip will not leave indifferent even experienced tourists!

You will have the opportunity to truly feel the spirit of California, taste the freshest ocean fish, enjoy the healing sea air and, of course, admire the incredible beauty of the views.

Description of the tour:
During this tour you will see the most beautiful cities of Northern California - Monterey and Carmel. After leaving San Francisco, two hours later you will notice that the road turns to the shore, which means that you are at the entrance to Monterey Bay (and the city). The first (smallest) capital of California will undoubtedly please you with its old Spanish colonial architecture, a wonderful pier and the famous so-called “Canned Round” – a street once completely occupied by canning plants. Also, if desired, you can visit one of the largest aquariums in the United States, where such unusual exhibits as a giant octopus, sea otters and seahorses are presented.

Then you will find a short move to the city of Carmel - a tiny, but no less picturesque town on the ocean. The whole city with 8 thousand inhabitants is hundreds of art galleries, unique boutiques and outdoor restaurants located on the border with snow-white sandy beaches. Carmel is home to many former Hollywood stars, and the honorary mayor of the city at one time was Clint Eastwood. Even under Spanish rule, the Catholic mission San Carlos was founded here, in which the founding father of California missions, the Franciscan monk Junipero Sierra, lived.

Price: $595 (1-3 people), $695 (4-6 people), more than 6 people. - on request + tickets to the aquarium
