Hissar Valley

The valley is located in the western part of Tajikistan, the distance to the capital is about twenty kilometers and about forty to the border with Uzbekistan.

Hissar Valley is located on the path of trade caravans and this gave progress to the development of the area, which was a good plus.

With Hissar fortress is associated a huge number of interesting legends, which are interested in tourists. For example, the poem Shahname mentions that the fortress was built by an evil king to fight the hero Rustam from here.
