On the territory live stone partridges, owls, wolves, boars, lynx, hares and many others. One of the significant achievements of the reserve is the creation of an artificial population of Bukhara deer. The slopes are covered mainly by wood and bush vegetation. By the way, the vegetation cover is quite diverse. On the upper border there are subalpine and alpine meadows.
